I'm installing high flow cats and I'm going to replace the old fuel filter on my 97, good to know you don't have to drop the fuel tank for this job 😆

What is the item miss a hose right behind the pump and flite on the right side? Looks like a vacuum line?

Had to think about this question. The fuel pump has wiring from it that is wrapped and fished up to the connector. I don’t recall any vacuum lines….the pump and filter are near where the parking cable routes and maybe also the charcoal canister line…

Did you update your wire harness? They were all biodegradable in 1994 among other years.

I did not. I am assuming the original owner did as all their maintenance was performed at the dealer over the 24 years they owned it. I reviewed what I can saw a handful of “warranty” or “recall” repairs.
