probably works well considering you pull the lever fully and it lets out less fuel, where the cap holds the lever os the sweet spot for fueling.

I live in the US and our work truck have lines that kink with the work bed we have on the trucks that stops the pump. This work with stopping the flow

There's a little silver tab on the handle that locks the handle and keeps the gas pumping, it's litteraly a built in feature You can see it in the video right under the handle
