FUEL INJECTION PINK 427 STEP 1 !!!

I wonder how many people where cremated in their trucks with that fuel tank set up. Old Chev trucks had them on the outside of the frame rail, side impact and kaboom. To be on the safe side don't you think you should mount it under the truck.

alnbaba actually the tank in the cab is the safest place for it to be , it would take one hell of a wreck to ever get to it , it is inside the width of the frame too ...

Have you ever thought about relocating the gas tank to underneath the truck on the frame rail be a heck of a lot safer than in the cab.

redneckbryon there is nowhere to put it under the truck , the bed sides have tool boxes in the way , and the wheel lift resides in the back under the bed , inside the frame under the truck lives dual exhaust , and all the PTO chain drive stuff , there is really nowhere to put it lol

You know I just thought of something, Your tank is not vented, Because I've had a few of them trucks like yours and as you fill it up it kicks the gas pump off. No vent and your running a return line to it, I'm not sure that's a good idea.

CHOPSHOPUNDERGROUND cap is vented , fyi it has been running fuel injected for over 20,000 miles , shhhh ...don't tell anyone lol
