That is not a philips screw around the 2min mark. It is JIS, Japanese Industrial Standard, you see the dot. The dot is an indication of that. Older Japanese bikes feature these. You will find them easy to cam out with a philips. I would tell you buy a vessel impacta 2 & 3. They are impact screwdrivers and will fit those screws properly. They are $13 each. Some time around 2006-2008 Japan stopped using this standard.
