Wow, cool machine! Reminds me of that long delay flying machine prototype we came up for the dragon egg dropper using a furnace cart and incline rail. Remember we also tried using pigs in carts and carrots. :P sweet editing too.

That's epic. That'd make for a very compact timing device in a flying machine. A lot smaller than using feed tapes.

eh feedtapes are still kinda better, u can adust their timings easier and u don't need player to manually feed it to turn it on

True. Feed tapes are more adjustable. I was looking into a concept where I'd use a furnace and a bud switch to connect to a moving t-flip flop and essentially use smelting to time the machine.
