How do you know when it’s going out I have the same car & think I need it changed

@@shannonsmith4004 OK (1) Ur car/truck stalls on takeoff, has trouble accelerating [after engine is running and hot] when u need to speed up, especially when going uphill. (2) Have mechanic check fuel pressure line from fuel pump to engine. good luck

I don't own a Nissan and I probably will never replace my own fuel pump, but I watched your video right through. The directions are so clear and easy to understand - as are all your videos.

Great video very simple and straight forward. Question for you, what were the symptoms in your car that led you to replace your pump? I am dealing with a sudden good crank, but no start problem in my 2012 Altima. I can hear the pump motor run, but that does not confirm the engine is actually getting gas. Was wondering if you had a similar situation. I hate to buy a $300 + part and be wrong. Thanks

I’ve been doing some research and they say if u spray starting fluid in the air intake and it starts then it’s the fuel pump and if it doesn’t start it could be a number of other things

Next time use a brass punch because that's gas your dealing with and one spark it'll go kaboom

How is it currently running on your Altima?? My "Service Engine Soon" light came on on my 2008 Altima so I took it to AutoZone for testing and the report recommended a fuel pump replacement

Is the Fuel Filter inside the Pump Assembly?

Did you get a p0183 code after installation. I have one all of a sudden. It's the fuel temp sensor. Witch is connected to the pump .I used the carquest brand pump. 2009 Nissan Altima and if so what was the issue. A faulty pump?

What did you do to fix the problem? I'm getting the same error code after installing the new pump.

I’m wondering that could it be the non OEM fuel pump’s circuitry made by the after market part manufacturer. I’m about to replace one on 09’ Nissan Altima. Look like l will be expecting the same issue with this.
