Valid question, Nigeria is in for a lonnnnnng walk in energy issues unfortunately. The cabals eating from the myriads of problem Nigeria has will never easily let go. Except there is the political will to tackle the evil cabals.
@premotek21172 ай бұрын
The answer to your question is to get rid of the NNPC and reform new one. They have nothing good in their records to show Nigeria. They are the ones slowing down your economy and your President doesn't even intervene and question these people.

The rate at which we speak English language in Nigeria is another source to our problems. The petrol issue concerns all the Nigerians, but on TV conversations, only a few numbers of the population will understand what conversations are all about. We speak English language than English. For sake of clarity, peace, and understanding, why not speak our land as others. African think about this.

Why not borow the 2b from Dangote, let Dangote take a loan against his refinery and reloan it to the government. That way Dangote secures supply and the FG gets the money they need.
@abdulkadirmohammed7702 ай бұрын
Why will Dangote do that when NNPCL/FG could not fulfilled their own previous agreement.
@4u40002 ай бұрын
Why would Dangote assume that risk on behalf of this irresponsible govt. ?
@samsonadet7632 ай бұрын
The people giving the loan are doing it for the sake of their own refineries. It isn't about Dangote "saving" anybody. He needs to take contractual positions to further secure his feed stock which is what these foreign companies are doing with these crude oil backed loans. He must recognise that soon he won't be the only big refinery in Nigeria so he can't rely on DSO alone.

NNPC leadership is simply not competent or patriotic enough. Nigeria should not be where it is today if we all have been serious abount natiinal planning. The idea that you can build a working ecinomy on sentiments and bravada is not only a negatist idea, it is share incompetence. If someone says i can fix a problem in few months and many years down the line he couldn't do it, the shame of not being able to deliver should have put that person to shame and make he or she to resign.
