Check the wiring going to the active exhaust valves. I’ve seen issues on other Mustangs, especially after adding headers where the wiring can get pinched at the back or even melted from being too close to the exhaust.

@@AutomotivePerformance the good news is that you can buy just the section of harness needed(about a 12-14” section) for about $35 from a dealership. I would also recommend removing it and taking it with you.
