This is so good. I hope these guys realize how good they have it. I remember running cross country at a small D3 school in college. Had no meal plan, program provided nothing outside of per diem for meets.. I would probably eat an egg sandwich or some chips then run like 10 miles per day + weight room work.. my abs were poking out of my stomach..calorie deficit was insane lol..good times.
