you get sausage, bacon, hash browns beans, eggs (scrambled, fried, omelettes) 3 types of cereal 3 types of fruit juice. about 7 or 8 types of bread, 4 types of cold meat. pastries, fresh yoghurt, 4 or 5 fruit smoothies. also fresh fruit. tea & coffee, hot chocolate. and more. i would hardly can that BASIC.
