Im not just saying this because Always Sunny is my favorite show, but Four Walls was one of my favorite bottles Ive ever bought. Im usually a big bourbon guy, that's 90% of what I drink, but this stuff was incredible. Something different, not too sweet like straight Irish Whisky, not too peppery like straight Rye. Funnily enough, I briefly met James May and Jeremy Clarkson in North Yorkshire many years ago, and they were indeed both having fish and chips! I was on my way back from another fish and chip restaurant that they had both initially tried to get into, but I think it was fully booked or too close to closing at the time, so they were turned away! I can safely say the fish and chips were amazing!

I love G&T but I find it very hard to judge a gin by just tasting it and smelling it like that. When you mix it with your (standard) tonic some overbearing intense notes mellow out and some more subtle ones can appear. I have been surprised many times by this.
