Having the temples reshaped in tandem with the hairline is vital. I often see cases where people have a procedure and then there is a clear divide between the transplanted grafts and the native hairs on the temples. Makes for a very manufactured result. This produces a far superior, more natural appearance.

It looks great but why is it thinner where the hair is transplanted than the other areas of the hairline where the hair is transplanted and are bulkier than the native hairs? I notice this for almost all hair transplants. It's never quite the same as the native hair density and size of the hair follicle at the base where it's implanted into the skin.
