这种做酸梅蜜饯的方法是传统的方法了，第一次盐巴腌制去除苦涩味。第二次用糖腌制是为了酸甜平衡，蒸制会让梅子更金黄入味，反复腌制和蒸制就会达到理想的效果了。通常两次就好了，也可以三次四次，如果次数多了，蒸的时间要减少！

哈哈哈，这个简单！值得注意的是，反复腌蒸是为了减少酸，让甜味更多一些。如果实在不懂得放多少糖，慢慢来，多腌制和蒸制几次就好了，这样也更入味。通常两次就能够达到想要的效果了！
