You're right. It does sound kind of flat at times. You can try splitting most notes in half and raising or lowering the first half to fit with the note before. I've been trying that recently (◍•ᴗ•◍)

@@RosyKitteh something of the sort. Had major creative block the whole way through. I collaborated with an artist for a cover but ended up not finishing my cover at all. So now I feel bad bc they spent that whole time drawing for me. I started a bunch of vsqxs like senorita and beautiful people but couldnt bring myself to finish them. Me and another person collaborated on a quick sand duet but I lost interest and couldnt finish my portion. All in all I was free for most of the summer and super bummed that I couldn't so anything and wasted so many people's time.
