昭和の象徴的な存在でもある公営の団地は、福岡にもあちこちにあります。今回のホームセンターシークレッツのステージは、アイランドシティに近い福岡市東区にある「名島団地」。福岡県住宅供給公社の名島団地は、手頃な家賃も魅力な上、DIYを行う人にはフリーレントなど、DIY好きにも、自室をDIYで作ってみたいと考えている人にも今なら嬉しい企画があります。

I'm rather tired of the 団地 life myself, since 75% of my work is done from home, but this level of customization would offer some comfort. That said, I wonder if there aren't any potential pitfalls in covering up old tatami instead of replacing it...
