FULL 1 HOUR DRILL CLASS - BJJ Partner Drills!

This beginner instructional video will show you not only exactly how to perform the basic drills, but you can work along side our DMBJJ coaches and do it at home at the exact same time! Drills in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will help you develop reflexes and movements that are crucial to your success in training, or on the competition mats! The drills in this video are considered basic, however any level of student can get a fantastic workout with this video class.
