No hate here really glad that you found the light with jiujitsu but may i ask you how it actually helped you ? i mean did the environment of the dojo help or the integration with team mates ? or did the actual sport that helped ? did the fact that you saw yourself improve and learn jiujitsu helped? I'm trying to understand how it effects the human mind/body and the way that it 'heals' . I've been practicing jiujitsu for 3 years now and i love it i really do but i don't see the resemblance yet, am i doing something wrong? or is it just a stage that I'm yet to achieve? If i touched a sensitive subject please don't answer I'm just asking from pure curiosity and to learn the 'proper way'.

@@txc_mafia9690 All of the above. I can't answer how or why it may affect you or anyone else differently. I don't know your circumstances, your reason for doing bjj, where you live, what you do in life, the list goes on. There is no "proper way", just whatever your own way is. I'm not saying this in an insensitive way, just that things are different for different people. Enjoy your journey

Beyond being an incomparable champion, Master Gracie is a truly great teacher. As a Yoga breathing teacher, I can tell by taking one look at Tom that, above all else, he needs to learn how to breathe. (This observation is supported in a number of other interviews in which Tom talks about the importance of getting plenty of sleep.) Master Gracie brought up the importance of breath twice; when Tom showed no interest, he effortlessly went with whatever direction Tom set. I am totally awestruck by this man. Totally awestruck.

@Owi Owi I agree with you on most of your statements, I believe a vegan diet is healthier than one that includes meat, but unfortunately we can't change thousands of years of evolution, evolution where our ancestors were fed with meat now our system depends of meat to grow ok, yes i understand that nowadays most products are full of garbage like hormones, but the proof of what I'm saying is that I have met many vegan people and none of them look healthier than those who eat meat, most of those people look weak and fragile. I was a skinny guy when I grew up and always wanted to gain some weight and while at military boarding school I had a friend who used to read and know a lot about diets and used to tell me how some veggies were full of protein he even traded his meat meals for those veggies, during our 3 years at school together I never saw him gaining more than 2-3 kgs of muscle or mass I personally kept my diet with meat, lots of tortillas, and potatoes, and that helped to go from 59 kg to 82 kg during the same 3 years, not a single pound of fat, ever since I kept one rule in my life, for example while going to the gym and I have some skinny or chubby trainers coming to me and telling how to do and exercise, "don't ever listen to someone smaller (I dont mean this in the de-meaner way) than myself", same rule applies to diets, but this is just my personal opinion and experience, I did tried going vegetarian but never worked for me couldn't mantain my desire weight.

@Owi Owi dude I took a look at your KZbin playlists, if your vegan diet is so good why does your life and health look so miserable? Why Your playlists are filled with so many "how to cure" this and that mental and physical diseases? Or Is that your so called "education"? I'm happy to see Rickson in a good place in his mind and heart. I was concerned for him since the departure of Rockson.

The most important aspect of ypur talks is that you iask the right queation in the way that it can bring out from the speakers' experiences facts( hidden in his/her memories). Its better than reading a book in some way. Thanks for that.

Damn the GOAT just got even greater. He shows such strength in showing his vulnerability. Another layer to this true samurai. Loved his book couldn't put it down. Thank you for this.
