*That 612° Basque circle was just Mind boggling! Thor is a true freak of nature. Unreal Strength!* Note: The total weight was 800 lb (660 was only the sidecar and motorcycle, excluding the bar).

14:11 Ah yes, famed static lifter Big Loz who is terrible at moving events like the yoke, farmer's walk or Dinnie Stones carry, for which he held the world record. Astute commentary.

They hired an NFL guy who has no experience in the sport, has never competed in strongman, has no knowledge of the events and doesn't know any of the athletes. "Slow and steady wins the race for Belsak" he says as Belsak finishes in second place. It is embarrassing.

So amazed Thor did so badly on the car pull. He seems made for it with his height, deadlift pulling power and leg strength.

Why did shahlei not get into the stone off tied with 3rd place?!
@jcox8418
@jcox8418 6 ай бұрын
I was confused about that initially too. I looked it up. The Atlas Stones had to be a 1v1 face off under this format and Belsak beat Shahlaei in the previous event, even though they ended up tied on overall points. It sucks but that’s why every event matters.

The fact that Belsak said "We have Hafthor in our group so first place is already gone, we fight for second place" just goes to show how dominant Thor was at that time.
