Great video. I liked the looks of your wing windows and I am interested. I purchased the Kawasaki cab seal kit and you are correct it made a big difference. However like you said there are numerous places that they missed. I made my own pieces out of neoprene to fill in some of those areas were they missed. What I added made a big difference as well however there are still areas I have missed so I am definitely interested in what you have found and where you have found the dirt coming in. I really like your rock sliders too I just purchase some Kawasaki ones and I am not fully comfortable with them. I have some concerns about functionality and life on them. Anyways you guys have done some pretty spectacular work it looks like thank you for the video and the information.

I love the idea of the windshield side air deflectors I'm in my late 40's and the less air/dirt/mud/bugs hitting me in the face on the trail, the better. The only thing that I would change on those if I were you would be the gap between the edge of the deflector and the roll cage A pillar. Instead of it having what appears to be around an inch and a half gap, I would make it around an 1/8" or 1/4" gap if possible to really seal off that air coming into the cab. And maybe even make it adjustable to slide out a little farther for even more air deflection too.

After watching this video I completely understand why you would want to install the upper shock and both upper and lower control arm braces. It's a no brainer period! I just bought them from eBay for my new KRX that I have coming along with your shock spring adjusting tool. I think that I am going to also add 1/4-28 Zerk fittings to the front control arms in order grease the control arm bushings. As far as I am concerned these items should be added first thing on any KRX.

F.Y.I I just picked up my new 2021 KRX 1000 eS and I am installing the top shock mount reinforcement braces and the bracket on the inside of the mount will not work because Kawasaki has added gussets in that location and they interfere with the inside bracket. I am still going to use the front brace and I will use the thick washers on the inside. I thought that I might give you a heads up on this situation.

@@fullaccessutv I have taken pictures and you can't make out any detail regarding the gusset that is in the way. I am able to use the thick washers on the backside of the mount and the gusset starts near the edge of the thick washers. I wonder if Kawasaki has had a problem and is going to start adding this gusset on newer models or if they have started this on all of the KRX 1000 models. I am sure that you will find this out in the near future.

I just ordered one of your muffler covers off of eBay. Without seeing it yet I was wondering what kind of gap there is between the cover and the muffler because if there is enough clearance between the two I would like to use some RTV high temp silicone to adhere strips of exhaust wrap to the inside of the cover and maybe this will help reduce some of the heat saturation from the muffler to the right rear shock.

I would completely disagree. I do see the forums and Facebook. There are a few issues out there as with any machine however it is not a design flaw from Kawasaki.
