This is a really great and funny hidden identity, costume production with great actors and a sweet and interesting storyline. I love this strong/clever FL and this cunning/warmhearted ML. Normally I am not fond of FLs who disguises as a man but in this, the period is short. I would have liked more romance/chemistry between the leads but I truly enjoyed this. SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! FL is the daughter of a concubine so her father and step-mother finds it fitting to marry her off to a man in his fifties. When she refuses, she is locked up in her room and forced to obey. But on her wedding day, with the help of her maid, she dresses up as a male servant and they leave the mansion together. At the message board in town, she hears that the 9th Prince (ML) is hiring a teacher. He is rumored to be ignorant, incompetent and even has a bad temper so he drives away all his teachers. After reading the message, FL accidentally catches a woman from falling but doesn’t notice that it was arranged by a thief in order to steal FL’s purse hanging at her waist. Little does she know that the woman is a Princess and the man accompanying her is actually the 9th Prince. After discovering that their money is gone, FL decides to apply for the position as a teacher for the 9th Prince (ML), thus starting an entanglement with this mysterious man. But hiding her identity as a woman proves difficult as FL is sucked into the conspiracies around ML, the struggle for the throne and even the secrets about her own background. Well, not spoiling too much, this has a very happy ending.
