I’ve been listening to Buckethead for over a decade and I still haven’t heard all of his music. Probably because I keep listening to one’s I’ve already heard over and over. Nobody on his level in the guitar game in my opinion.

This is one the dopest albums he's done. Those heavy riffs on that second track was just awesome. I'm liking some of that rock/hard rock riff oriented tracks he's producing from time to time. I love when he plays like that.

I've noticed that anytime a buckethead song title has the word "toy" it is epic. Lost toys and old toys are also exceptional even for buckethead standards

As always Big B the G. O. A. T. Puts more genius our way . These are amazing studio tracks from Buckethead. That shit ain't free to produce. So shoot some support his way. As a musician and as a person he deserves it more than most. Thank you Bucket.. your the best.!

Yes not free produce, but Bucket is not a big spender n he was payed a shit load if $$$ when he was in GNR so financially he is set 4-Life! He needed $$$ he would b doing solo pike albums n B in band instead like other shredders.

Killer Pike I wonder if he's going to do a tribute to Eddie Van Halen I'd like to see one of those Pikes and I'm pretty sure he's doing his own cover art but I really loved I don't know how far back but the cover art for the Pikes are some of the best I've ever seen in my life as far as the album covers

@Milo On weetbix I see your point but I guess you are missing another point. Imagine a good 10 mins song from a good musician/band: They fill it up for 7-8 minutes for the last 2 minutes and then they kill it during those last 2 minutes. Now imagine that each 10 pikes is/are a single pike/song of BH. He fills it up for 7-8 pikes and then he damn kills it by the following 2-3 pikes. Said, as a BH follower since 27 years, the thing what you are waiting for or expecting is "coming soon".

@UC0odXdxRMCApLpuCI_ItDWw I’m the biggest fan around, seen him twice live, but he is missing key fundamentals from his current music. The constant use of drum machine and thinned out bass is not what he started out as.
@miloonweetbix35973 жыл бұрын
@@AllThingsTechSC Exactly his music has sounded quite quite lazy lately. I’m kinda thinking it’s cause his heart condition but who knows really
@aalgebra3 жыл бұрын
@@miloonweetbix3597 It's not laziness, quite the opposite. It's a challenge, to see what he can do without relying on all that fast lead work. Bucket could play that fast stuff in his sleep (that's the easy part for him). My guess is that he wants to get away from some of those patterns for a while and see what comes of it.

Idk man these new pikes have been so boring lately with no real thought being put into them it seems. Sure some of the riffs here and there are cool but that can’t really cover a run time of 30 minutes and it’s really quite sad to see some of his fan base get angry when someone points out these blaring issues it really just seems like they’ll listen to anything he’ll put out. Compare this to something like crime slunk scene or even the first pikes or pikes from like 2020. It really doesn’t compare in any shape or form. I’m just hoping the new tarot card project will be a major step up to whatever this is.
@TalaR043 жыл бұрын

The drum machine kills me, he has 300+ albums and they all sound the same, the cookie cutter method of writing is getting boring. He really needs a real drummer and a new approach.

Its just constructive criticism. Understandably the guy is a musical genius, However he's not exempt from being critiqued. BH has a huge catalog to reference and much of it is great...another part of it is prolific but not everything he records is great....to think that wouldn't be logical or true. I however don't agree with the original comment of all 300+ albums sounding the same...but its true when he goes with real drums it sounds much better. I listen through everything that he releases...some stuff I just don't revisit and other stuff he makes I listen to on the constant!
