Why the tower aggro changes time to time from daisy to ivern?

It depends on the closer range of the tower. Normally pets (such as daisy, tibers, yorick's ult) have priority for tower aggro due to the League of Legends game coding. But if the owner of the pet is also in the tower range and at the same time pet (or him) attack to enemy champion, tower aggro would change to the pet owner itself (If the tower aggro is already not targeted another champ from pet owner's team).
