This was my first Richard Bach book, back in the Stone Age when I was young. It changed the way I saw...everything. Whenever I felt stuck, my father would remind me that Jonathan wouldn’t have quit. Then I found “Illusions”, also by Mr. Bach. That book also changed not just the way I saw the world, it changed the way I saw myself, (incredibly lucky for me as it changed the self destructive path I was beginning to embrace). Mr. Bach - you have my respect, admiration, and my profound gratitude.

This book has brought me to tears since age of 12. But oh, now at 25, after awakening and trying to tell others about the joy, bliss and freedom that enlightenment - finding our true nature - has brought me, does this book seem even more like the story of my life.

I found this book when I was 14 at my public library. It was for sale for 79 cents. It changed my life. I have the seagull from the cover tattooed on me. It means so much to me. I’m so happy I found this video because I don’t always have time to read it again. Thank you.

I used to listen to this book on album back in the 70s. I still have a copy of it now. Never really realized until recently the role it played in encouraging me to live outside the box, beyond expectations. ❤️

When I was 14 years old, I was listening to the broadcast of the book while eating lunch at school. Everyone in the classroom is listening very quietly. It's a unforgettable experience. I was immersed in the plot for fear of it. I guess its mind.

Makes me think of Eckhart Tolle's teachings. I always recall how i felt as a child when i watch this. Unconditioned mind. We're coming home again. Heaven is Here, Now. That is the point. Now is inside us all. Every single one of us .... because we are all One, of the One. No matter what words we use to conceptually describe it. Now is not a concept.

The movie "Johnathan Livingston Seagull" is a film of rare beauty, felt by people with special culture qualities; to this is added the soundtrack of the movie that is a "sonorous jewel" made by one of the most "big voices" in the world ... NEIL DIAMOND ... after listening to the gorgeous pieces of fim you have to stay for a while hours alone living the ecstasy you feel .... I do not have superlatives to congratulate this movie with his dream music ...

If our friendship depends on things like space and time, then when we finally overcome space and time, we've destroyed our own brotherhood! But overcome space, and all we have left is Here. Overcome time, and all we have left is Now. And in the middle of Here and Now, don't you think that we might see each other once or twice?
