THE WORKOUT:
WARM UP:
5-10 min. On treadmill on an incline.
Inch worms, 10 reps x2
Pass throughs & pull aparts, 15-20 reps x2.
1. Lat pull downs, 8-15 reps x4.
Rest 30-60 sec. between sets.
2. Squatted Bicep curl, 12 reps x4.
Rest 30-60 sec. between sets.
3. Reverse grip pull down, 8-15 reps x4.
Rest 30-60 sec. between sets.
4. Kneeling hammer curls, 12 reps x4.
Rest 30-60 seconds between sets.
5. Barbell bent over row, 8-15 reps x4.
Rest 30-60 sec. between sets.
6. Single arm bent over row, 8-15 reps x4.
COOL DOWN:
Treadmill on incline for 5-10min.
