B E Thanks a lot man! I train 5-6 times per week but I move on a constant daily basis. Nutrition is intermittent fasting, High fat low carb on most days with occasional reffed day (higher carbs lower fats) - protein is always moderate. Hope this helps out brother 🙏🏽

I really hate to be that guy but Mercury, while it is the closest planet to the sun, isn't actually the hottest planet. That trophy goes to Venus. Mercury has no atmosphere, so the heat can easily escape it, Venus has a rather disgusting atmosphere that holds the heat in. The more you know.

What would you recommend if we don’t have a bar to do the rows and bicep curls?

Bryan to substitute them, you can do chin ups, but in 2 totally different ways. For the rows: when doing your chin up, you want to focus on retracting your scapulas as much as possible and you have to try to ‘lean back’ in the same way as if you were going for a front lever. You want to have the same idea of horizontal pulling if you see what I mean. For the bicep curls, you wanna do the opposite, meaning you want to use your biceps as much as possible and not your back. Try to stay upright during the rep, focus on contracting the biceps, and try to turn your hands outwards (will activate your biceps better even if you are on a bar). Hope it’s clear enough for you to understand so it helps :) Also, I understood that you didn’t have a low bar but only a pull up bar, tell me if you have none and maybe I can find some alternatives

With respect, Venus is actually the hottest planet in the solar system even though Mercury is closer (it has to do with greenhouse gases in Venus’s atmosphere). Luckily it’s still hot af so it made no difference in terms of the challenge! Yet sgain, another great practice along! P.S. Your jump squat is beyond impressive! Your range of motion is second to none!
