Even though I truly admired BB’s kickboxing workouts… the counting along with the extreme fast music was throwing me off a bit. I like the way how I’m hearing instructions as I’m working out with these videos! 😊

Wow Michelle, this was GREAT! Kickboxing by itself is fun but adding those compound strength intervals really takes it up a notch! What a great full-body workout, I think we hit everything. 👍I loved those lunge strength moves, super fire 🔥on the quads and glutes! I do believe my metabolism is STOKED for the day 😅😁

Magnifique!!! je prends une minute pour te raconter. Joueuse de volley qui c'est payé un hernie discale il y a 5 ans. subit une chirurgie y a 4 ans. J'ai toujours été sportive..entrainement , volley , marche, ski.....depuis ma chirurgie j'ai eu de la difficulté à reprendre le sport...j'ai du mettre fin au volley....Plusieurs entrainement repris avec les programmes que je faisais habituellement sur you tube mais j'avais toujours de la douleur au dos par la suite....je t'ai découvert il y a un an.....tu as une belle personnalité qui fait qu'on demeure constant. De plus tu travailles très fort pour que tes exercices sont efficaces avec des options au besoin. Je suis fière de pouvoir dire que maintenant une heure d'exercice ne me fait plus peur. Je fais plus pipi dans mes culottes pour un rien et j'ai retrouvé mon corps d'avant!!! Il est loin d'être parfait (J'ai quand même 54 ans ) mais je suis fière de moi et encore plus fière d'avoir mis la main sur un bijoux!!!! Toi et ton équipe!!!!! Chapeau!!!!

Just done the cardio kickboxing and loved it absolutely sweating heart is pounding,I used to do billy blanks about 10 years ago and lost inches ,Michelle you have brought it back and I’m definitely going to lose some inches this time feels like it gets harder as you get older so clad I have found you xX

Omg ! It’s so hard and it’s so good ! I enjoyed so much that I want to do this again and again. I was able to push myself to almost to my limit within 40 seconds,next time I will try with less rest between to keep my heart rate higher and see if I can reach my limit . I might suffer, but worth the try ,right ?

Was it the strength moves that felt too fast? You can always move at your pace. Maybe the surface you were on made you feel unstable? Appreciate the feedback❤️👍🏼
