What a wonderful things to do!! If you need donations for your orphanage pass the info along...I see lot off good items thrown out weekly it breaks my heart as I know many of these items could go places when its most needed.

I like Low impact workouts because it takes more muscle to control the move . Then adding the weights takes it up a notch so you feel it even more!! Great Workout!

I can do this workout about 70% that is good for me. I have spinal stenosis, and I have very little mobility, and my range of motion is even worse. Thank you for all your wonderful workouts and time you put into helping others feel great again.

Thank you SO much for this standing workout. It got our heart rates going and loved incorporating the weights. We have a bunch of friends who have gotten together to exercise by Zoom ever since the pandemic began--2. 5 years and still going. We exercised to your video this morning and loved it. We are active older adults and hope you will do some more standing videos. We range in age from 50's to even a couple of folks in their 80's. We'll keep checking! Thank you!

So happy you shared this workout with your zoom workout friends! Love that this was great for all ages! I used to teach a balance and strength for the seniors at out health club and loved it! Made me realize that I needed to have more balance and mobility in my workouts. There will be another coming soon. I have started using more and more of your workouts, realizing how much better my body is responding since incorporating weights with them, I'll be 65 in a few months and I think I am better now than ever before! 12hrs to get my holiday destination and I've taken Michelle with me. 7.30 and I've just completed this workout. No weights so using water bottles. I know your exercise works for my body. I liked this, and would like to see more. Since menopause, I just cannot do the high intensity metcon type workouts. Too much intensity takes a toll on me, and from what I understand, is not good for women in menopause. I look at the things I used to do, and I am in awe of my younger self. I never believed I would feel this way at 55. I'm better now that I'm on HRT, and am getting back into the game, but I have permanent joint damage now. I am doing more heavy weight work mixed with mobility/stretching/light cardio with occasional higher cardio. I am a subscriber, and I enjoy your workouts.

I think we all look back at what we used to do and are like WHAT? I did that? Now is when you need to look at what you CAN do and you are spot on girl! To fight the midsection gain so many women get during menopause you need to add strength training and feel good workouts into your life! Helps your hormones, especially that stress one we all know too well CORTISOL!! Thank you for sharing❤️❤️ Ohh...and finish your shower with a good 30 seconds or more of COLD water! YES I said COLD🥶
