You know I LOOOOVE ur workouts, I moved to Nevada and haven't had time 2 workout in 3 weeks, and it is the most nasty feeling ever, but wouldn't change it for anything, my family comes first, but TODAY is my first day🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 doing it workouts again and what can I say "AMAZING " thank you again for all the AMAZING workouts u do for us😁😉😘 GOD BLESS and the best for you....

How many reps do you do and sets

Just press play and train, start your set when it tell you to start. Rest when it tells you. You don't need to count reps and sets, it's already done for you.
