This is my favourite series so far coach! I’ve been doing them 3 times per week, only adding in between pilates and cardiac rehab and I’m feeling great!I mean I’m having a heart condition and rheumatoid arthritis and i can easily fallow with no problem until the end!You help as more than you imagine, keep up with your work!😊

Is it recommended 3 times or 4 times per week sessions skipping a day in between each session. Muscles and body need rest. I saw in the comments someone say 2 times. Understanding it's a two hours workout.

I totally disagree with about bulky up is due to diet. I come from a family on both sides mom/dad where women have naturally bigger arms. So in other words it’s genetics! However I don’t let that stop me bc I love lifting

@johnsebastian7839 I know the quoted weight here may seem too light to be effective however the real question is this: Can you keep going at the end of the set for say another 20 seconds without a break? If yes then that would suggest to me that the weight is too light for the given exercise. On the other hand if you can't complete the full set and need to stop midway then the DB weight is too heavy for that exercise. Applying this rule to each exercise will determine the right weight and it will make you stronger 💪

They are light.. but for me being 100lbs overweight.. trying to break free from 15+ years of sedentary lifestyle ..and no i dont sit on the couch eating chips and sugary drinks... I drink so much water i swear at times i think im growing gills .. menopause has took a toll on my body this year.. so im just done .. i need to make a change.. some of coach ali's exercises i had to go body weight cuz it was to hard .. but i didnt give up... Just modified a few things til i get stronger... Im proud of myself for showing up for me... I spent my life putting me on the back burner... Now its time to come forward... Start cooking 💪

First time in firm rolling class I'm 2013 my back was in pain and so did not want to attend. I was amazed of the results of entire class from ankle to knock.
