Jason I don’t know if you will get this message but thank you sir from the depth of my soul for these videos they help tremendously to starch the boredom and I don’t have to think about what to do every day, I am getting conditioned with these workouts and it’s Amazing thank you 🙏

Woohoo that was so much fun! I was pumped during the last round of doubleunders. I have a recovering shoulder so focused on quality reps vs volume. Great workout!!! Coming back here again for sure.

Shalom from Israel, I know you got mostly guys on the boards here, but this looked like so much fun, I had to try - I did it with 3Kg dumbells (no plans to bulk up LOL), and love those up-downs! Can't wait to try some more workouts!

Jason what jump rope are you using. It looks a bit thicker then normal, I can't find it.. I looked in Roguefitness but didn't see it.. Can you help me on finding it..??
