I like this and I’m going to try to do this everyday. I did this a few minutes ago and i literally mastered the handstand balance with this. Thank you ❤❤

10:58 I would do this and some of the other things when I did gymnastics as a child. For several years now my body, she has been in ”nope” mode ragarding these things. Swimming, running and weight lifting are more my thngs these days, but should truly get back into stretching and flexibility things again. I hope your recovery goes as planned and thank you for your inspiration, where you give an insight into many different things, Hannah!❤ / Scandinavian

My ballet педагог at Boishoi calls it winging 🪽 the feet. Mine are naturally that way but she insists I continue working on it as if God is pulling my feet up by my pinky toes in arabesque or box splits for example! Love this video! 🇵🇹🇧🇷🇷🇴🇺🇦🇷🇺🩰 31:20

This was great! Also, would you do a tutorial how you do your hair? I have long hair and it sometimes gets in the way during exercises, I just wear it in a ponytail

I can NEVER manage to do the bridge, I don't know if it's lack of strength, lack of flexibility or fear of falling. I'll keep working on it though...
