Hi All,
Do you ever have those days when you just don't feel like doing much of anything and you really aren't into working out but you know you should? I find these are the days I love to do full body workouts. A full body workout is good any day but on the days you are feeling less motivated it is a great way to move your body and get the heart rate up without being too intense.
If you are up for the challenge, grab your water bottle, a towel and some dumbbells and a BOSU ball (if you have it) and let's do this!
