Great guide. Can you run it with a pally healer and report results back to Cryptic, I don't see it being fit for purpose in current state with no passive dot heals like cleric.

@@dazlee3257 nope xD It is designed to be played with the best characters, classes included! The way they say it, some classes are just not best suited to run certain content! So we go in with whatever class we play the best, and what we need for our group.

We had a decent group of endgame players, all but 1 new to the dungeon. We couldn't get past first boss. Tried 4x. 1 dps has many completions. The rest of us were new but had been through normal version. Our problem with first boss was barrels really. Not being able to kill them in time. It does seem like if you kill all adds the barrels won't be lit. But inevitably one would go off. I couldn't keep everyone healed enough to sustain the rest of the fight. I had a had time with ranged DPS being spread out to dodge red areas but that made me have to heal them individually. As a healer trying to keep the tank alive and keep range DPS alive too was difficult in there especially after a barrel goes. It's like a chain reaction Just something you have to practice and have a group you can communicate with. We were not in party chat, only me and 1 dps. Probably would help to have everyone together

On the second boss has something changed for the healer, so he can can heal the ghosts (Syndrils ...) also with passive heals (like healing word)?

As a Ranged DpS do you ever run the Shield? I run a high DPS build & prefer to swap Repel for Shield to promote survivability. I run Sheild everywhere & have had it in my button rotation for months. Do the mathematics still work ? I am preparing to run MtoS for the first time.

I only use shield when going for a deathless run, or if I have a bunch of skulls and think I'll get one shot on 2nd boss

vampiric embrace should work fine, but you have to target an enemy to cast it. Otherwise use your healing at-will power

Master is just more hp, and damage with less forgiveness. This is Master, yes. Standard will be a walk in the park

Idk if you got it yet, but I used another CA comp when I didn't have it. But you can use anything for stats you need They have since released it again. Hopefully you got it. If not you can find it on the AH. I have a couple packs with him in them. I think they are legendary packs of some kind, unbound.

Nah they had couple wipes.I think no wipe run will take 35-40 mins.

My aliance told me its too hard to go on reaper chalange, i did i with randoms, with some troubles and wipe but ee did it even when i wasnt top dps on 51IL .. its hard like i belive all of reapers.. but its sad when u konw ur guild works since beta, so its more than 10y and still say we're nitngonna do it, where reaper is most profit as i guess as new player

The standard version is NOT easy. Done it twice, first group died within 3 minutes of the first boss and 3 members just quit the group. The second did better with the second boss but again everyone died and 4 members dropped out leaving me alone. In my opinion the dungeon is OP in the standard version as I believe it's set for a 25k TIL.

ouch, yeah it will depend a lot on the players you run with. But for a group who can beat the master version, I'm afraid, you can only really call the normal one easy in comparison. No offense meant!

@@Aragon- I have to wonder if the Devs/programmers actually play test these modules with run of the mill normal characters in random groups. It's pretty upsetting to see people play a game and become frustrated and disillusioned because of poor planning. As a frame of reference I was playing my 65k til Warlock.

I think perhaps the problem is that all the run of the mill players jump on new content that is only meant for the absolute min maxed end game players. These new dungeons are the hardest in the game. They're meant to provide a suitable challenge for the die hard endgame players. Not for casual players with only halfway decent builds. I get that it's exciting and new but the average players need to reallise it's not meant for them.

Lol, this game. I still love it but it's crazy sometimes. In reaper yesterday, sat Nov 12th...(not that it matters) but it was the pirate one I forget the name. But last boss ass soon as we all loaded in he would jump up to the level above us on the ship. He wouldn't come back down. We tried to wipe 4x he did it every time. One player left then. But we noticed he was taking a bit of damage. So we waited and noticed my spined devil and the DPSs pseudodragon had got up there with him. We waited about 20 min for them 2 comps to kill him. Lol. Took forever, but just gave us time to joke about losing paingiver to a companion But then couldn't get out of combat to open the chests. We had to wipe and glitch ourselves into the boss arena so we could get the chests because it didn't open up like normal once you finish It was an experience for sure

odd they removed Jevan Jhalvar or w/e the 2nd boss was called. Probably cause he was too easy. Before this mod I did a solo of this dungeon as WK rouge and I was able to skip the 1st and 2nd boss, wonder if thats still possible lol, I will unlock it one day this week and test that out.

You know what I can't do is get anyone to play with me in this dungeon. My good friends who helped with dragon hunts and other things are not going to help me through this. I am a wizard thatamurge _however you spell it, I just got to 813800 but they cut my hit points back so much when they scale you down that its nuts.

I remember old ToS, those all "new dungeons" are on very easy mode, because builds for classes are not so flexible. Heal can only heal, tank can only tank. You would try to do old Idris Throne, you would cry on T1 dungeon, if todays ToS needs explanation like - avoid red areas and if someone is disabled, destroy what holds him. Neverwinter became boring grind with P2W so much included, that is is basically P2P.

hmm, you should not normally get one shot by this at 70k Item level. But if you are, you may need to get some more Defense stat or use masterwork weapons as the group
