Great unboxing and build! I close friend had one just like that in the late 90's, he'd still have that truck if tge hadn't needed more room for the kids 😊✌️

New subscriber and it's probably been ask before but I'll ask again . What glue do you use for headlight lenses and windows ? Thanks for your time . Build looks great !

Thank you for the sub. I use Mod Podge. It dries completely clear. Thank you for watching

Very nice job on a new simplistic kit. Love all the painting details you've done to it! One question, how long did it take for the Banner Red to dry before you continued on with the build??
@TheAutisticModeler Жыл бұрын
It was dry overnight.

Hi Louie I been having this same project for a while haven’t started it yet but what did you use to glue the grill and mirrors on and what did you use also for the decals I see you had use water but what was the yellow handle liquid ?
@TheAutisticModeler5 ай бұрын
The yellow cap product is decal solvent. Tamiya brand. I used just super glue on the grille. Thanks for watching.

No steerable front wheels on yours, I notice. I ran into a problem building an earlier version with the steerable front wheels. I wanted them to work but there are no retainers to hold the ends of the tie rod onto the pins on the spindles. What would you do? Would you try to heat the ends of the pins to flare the ends? Would you look for or try to make up little retainers for the pins to hold the tie rod on? Or would you just forget about the workable steering and glue the spindles and tie rod in place?
@TheAutisticModeler6 ай бұрын
I would just glue them in place. Square it up so it sets on the bench well. Happy Modeling
@user-kf7nz6pz8l6 ай бұрын
I think you're right. Maybe I could glue them in a turned position.@@TheAutisticModeler
