I made the mistake of getting on the back of a big bull when I was 21. You paid $10 and they would let you ride as many bulls as you wanted to. It was way back in 1973 off I-35 in Lewisville, Tx. More than anything I just wanted to prove to myself I could do it. Well I did and it lasted about 1 second. Threw me and I landed on my head and right shoulder. It was the first and the last time believe you me.

@@dzimidzimo Bull Riding is not only based on the rider, but the bull as well. What he's saying is he made a smarter choice on the bull that day. He chose a more rank bull and got a higher score than the person he was competing the closest with. He scored a 94. The other guy scored an 88.

U know JB is a different rider like nobody has ever seen, everyone wears a helmet and face guard but JB is so confident that he doesn't need one because he is going to control this bull and does. It takes a man to do it the way it started and u know the other riders wore a helmet.
