Oh my gosh Anna this is great. I'm 51 and a senior cloud Architect so this is NOT my expertise but some friends have seen the web design work I've done for me and asked me to put one together for them. Like all newbies I said 'sure how hard can it be'!. Massive facepalm slap after sitting down and talking about their requirements I had no idea where to start after that. @@patrickspiegel Have 2 clients in the Netherlands gathering all of the content and media they want, while their Figma designs are coming together smoothly. Will be building them out in Webflow soon after. Plus I had someone I cold called in November reach back, and we have been doing a song and dance to get him closed, but I think I got him yesterday, just waiting for confirmation. Finally, woke up to someone who wants a site, SEO, and possibly ads say they will reach out to me tomorrow. Most of this movement has been in the last week, and it is all exciting times! Seriously, Anna has been dropping knowledge for areas I am weak in, and adding it what I have learned from your videos as well, I don't think I can fail!

Thank you so much, this was missing in my client onboarding process. So far I would do everything in an old fashioned way which resulted in having chaotic and messy workflow, clients that are difficult to close, or even when we begin the project - difficult to complete and offboard.
