I want to get into this field as a freelancer/ small business but I have no idea of some good resources/courses/books on how to learn doing the work before I start the business and not many talk about it. I’ve been studying and note-taking your playlists intensely for the past few days, and I agree with the multitudes of glowing compliments in terms of the jaw-dropping value on offer. Specifically it’s the clarity of your workflow systems. So many creative people (inc. me) are deficient in parameters of sequential, client-orientated (empathetic), business practises that focus on win/win financial conclusions for both parties. I believe you’ve insightfully identified a gaping niche in the business education market and are filling it superbly well with your thorough no-nonsense approach. I for one am extremely grateful for your expertise. 🤩 PS: It would be great to see a demo of one of your Loom videos… (Is Loom in danger of being ‘elbowed out’ these days…?)

Hello Anna, thank you so much for your advice and sharing. Very helpful for me as I'm starting my web design business. I'm thinking about purchasing your templates and workflows. One question: It seems the templates are for Framer, however I've been thinking about using Showit to design as I'm learning to use Showit at the moment. I didn't know Framer until now, however after reading about it online, it looks like a more suitable platform for me as I'm thinking about designing for small businesses. Should I use Framer instead of Showit for my web design business? Would really appreciate your thoughts.

Thank you for being so transparent, your videos are the most straight to the point and practical I've come across! Only thing that is giving me some doubt is unrelated to your videos, it's the job market. What I keep seeing online is that it's though out there right now, even for experienced designers. Does this also translate to freelancers, as in the work is drying up?

Anna, thank you so much for this. I am much further along in my career but I am about to make a massive jump that frightens me. Even though I have done something similar quite a few times before, this time it a BIG jump. The difference is, this time I actually do have the expertise and the experience. I'm going int to Strategic RevOps Consulting for management teams. The problem is the proof so I created the proof with a body of work that will at the very least instill confidence. Your video just affirmed that I am on the right track and has given me the boost I needed. Thank you so much!

Some of the KEY TAKEAWAY: - You are never going to feel confident when you're starting out - Only matter 'what' your clients believe - Nobody knows you are a newbie unless you are telling them - When you are trying to look professional less is more - All you need is a sales page - outlining one very clear offer - When presenting a service you don’t sell 'how' you sell 'why'.
