Good fight. For the people saying this is kickboxing.. It's not. Anyone who trains in Sanda sees the difference in techniques and strategy.

People expect flying kicks and the flashy poses you see in movies. That's not how real fighting works. The human body is the same and has the same limitations and weaknesses, regardless of culture. So when REAL fighting happens, it's going to look more similar than not across the board. It's that simple.

Sanda is a Combative Wushu style focuses on strikes and full contact combat. It is derived from traditional kung fu like choy li fut, shuai jiao(chinese wrestling. Similar to judo), chin na(joint lock), shaolin northern style, hung gar, bajiquan and other forms of animal styles with some western influences that are combined, such as boxing and military combat

Thanks guys. But its not all me. Mr Lath is a fast learner. Sifu Alschbach also had a lot of time working with Mr. Lath. Specially on the Shuia Chiao stuff. Mr Lath did do awesome for his first match. All the props to him. :)
