in this video I show you how I build a torquey electric motorcycle from scratch in my home workshop using basic tools I build his bike for less than half price of an equal size revolt motors and other market price e bike .in this aggressive looking electric bike I use 1500 w bldc drivetrain . 55 km top speed at only 48 volt battery

Sin temor a equivocarme, pienso que el marco original de la motocicleta no requería tantas modificaciones, creo que el motor eléctrico y la baterías podían ir fácilmente acomodados donde antes estaba el motor a gasolina. Y si me equivoco por favor explíquenme porque requirió tanta modificación.

You should put battery little more far from motor. You know that battery can blast if it gets too hot and the reason could the heat of motor. So for security of your bike and You, it's just my suggestion. Otherwise it is very good work.

GREAT EFFORT AND GOOD INTENTION TO TRANSFER KNOWLEDGE TO THOSE INTERESTED IN DO-IT-YOURSELF ENGINEERING. KEEP IT UP !! HOPE IT INSPIRES OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. The orientation of the rectangular bar for supporting battery pack is wrong. It should be turned 90° i.e. shorter side facing ground. That way the bike frame will have extra strength against a head on collision. Structural strength of frame and road safety are important considerations in overall design.
