I have been dreaming and planning this craft studio renovation for a long time! In this video, I am sharing the full reveal of the mostly finished space. This is a dream craft room. I love the motion lights in the cabinets, great idea. I would love to have a basement for a craft room, but basements aren’t very popular in California. So I utilize two bedrooms across from each other for my craft rooms. It would be nice to have everything in one place. You and your husband did a wonderful job.

Love your new studio. I’m getting some ideas of what kind of containers ( and how they look on shelves when filled) I will purchase . Love the idea of your "found" picture frame. I have a beautiful large frame ( it had a mirror till I dropped 😣it)……like your patreon frame. Can you show up close just exactly what you used and how it was made. Glad you enjoyed it! Basically for the frame, I just used heavy duty staples to add chicken wire to the back so that it would be easy to hang things on it.

Love the ladder for holding vinyl! Also love the motion light cupboards. I use those paper sleeves for my 12x12 & really like them. I have some totally Tiffany plastic magazine Holder type things that several of them fit into. Very happy for you that you have such a great room!

I love how the vinyl ladder came out among other things. You should get a smart plug and surge protector for your closet. It might be easier to turn things on and off. I add a lamp too so I know when it is on. You can control it through app or another device. Just a thought. Amazing!!

Beautiful space. One word of caution - DO NOT leave your cricut machines plugged in. One lady nearly lost her house due to a faulty issue with the machine. Position your power strip to where you can plug/ unplug as needed. Love the murphy bed! I'd never seen a horizontal one before. Definitely a thought should I need to swap out my vintage sofa bed. The motion lights is a genius idea! I'm in the process of revamping my space. Trying to figure out how to bring in a overstuffed chair. We'll see LOL Thanks for sharing your ideas. Beautiful room! Working on my basement craft area but at a standstill now due to lack of funds. Not able to work due to a foot wound. Hopefully will get back to work fairly soon and can finish on my goals to complete the area. Love the long handled pulls on the cabinet drawers. With my kitchen cabinets when the house was built in 1990, I wanted ALL pull out drawers on the lower cabinets. I only got them under my stove cooktop cabinet. I HATE having to try to find things in my cabinets without the pull-out drawers. May have to have someone install some for me in the future as aging is making it more difficult to reach in. You may in time might want to consider that as well in your new cabinets. Will give you more storage on the top shelves of the lower cabinets if they are added. Just a thought. 😉

The cassette tray and the ladder were donated because they no longer work in the new studio...it was definitely hard to separate with them! The brave sign is around here somewhere, but may not have made it up yet.
