Ok so when you ate the beignets did you shake them in the bag? They normally come in the paper bag and you are supposed to shake them to coat them.

Also in regards to the dipping sausage that's not something that they normally do at the mint julep bar and this is just the beginning of your trip so I'm not sure if you guys ever found the jazz kitchen in downtown Disney that had the beignets, but sometimes they do the dipping sauces. Every once in a while, when Disney comes out with a featured month beignet, they will have like a cookie butter, dipping sauce or caramel sauce or something like that but I think that's only one they're doing the specialty beignets.

I really enjoyed your vlog. I live out of state now but was born and raised in California and grew up going to Disneyland all the time starting in the early 60's as a baby. I think that Disney World is spectacular with Epcot and Animal Kingdom, etc. but to me Disneyland is the only park that feels like the real Disney to me -- the rest feel a little like imposters/imitators... Clearly I am biased and it is because of my childhood memories that I feel that way. Anyway my favorite restaurant in Disneyland is the restaurant inside of the Pirates ride, Blue Bayou, in the New Orleans section. I also think that Space Mountain and the Haunted Mansion are better in Disneyland than Disney World. Can't wait to see the rest of your vlogs for this trip.
