Congratulations, to you on the rest of your journey 🎉 ! I’m 5 weeks post op, from having gastric bypass. I’ve had my ups, and downs with foods (now that I’m in the solid phase). My doctor instructed me, to stay away from the microwave. Which I’ve stopped using, long before my surgery because it kills your food. This morning, I tried to have an egg white omelette, cottage cheese (fat free) with sun dried tomatoes. I literally had about 4 SMALL pieces of eggs, & I had to vomit 😞. I cannot wait, until it gets much better!

It is not uncommon to have various food intolerances early on (first several months) however if this continues to be an ongoing problem or is worsening than you could be developing a stricture (narrowing of the opening from the stomach to the intestine) or have an ulcer and should be seen by your surgeon
