Hi, I watch your videos and I think they are great! I would love to meal prep, but I have a challenge for you. I work in the airport, so I work shift work. How can i meal prep when I work funny hours? For example I work 6 days, 3 days are early and 3 are lates. On my early I start at 6, sometimes 5:30 AM and finish work at 2:30PM On my lates I start at 2:30PM until 11PM. The trick is you never know when your break will be. So I hope you can give me some advice, or good luck doing a video on this.

So I have a question I have been on a cutting diet currently 6 months 1800 cal 5,7 119 pounds and have been taking in 1.5g per pound of body weight of protein so 180g should I keep that the same when I start my bulk or change it to like 1 - 1.3 and up my carbs and fats?

My nutritionist put me on almost exactly the same meal plan as you. The only difference is I have an extra serving of vegetables, and I think that probably have about 200 calories less for my snacks. I'm not really nuts about the protein bars recommended to me though and I need milk in my protein shake or I can't drink it (so it I can't pack it along if I am going out).

You know more than me Rem, but if you are cutting and in a deficit, it seems like you may be over training? Do you really need to be lifting 6 days a week and adding in 40 minutes of cardio?? That seems very taxing on the body and may cause some muscle loss. Just wondering your thoughts? Thanks man!!

I just started counting calories anyone will some knowledge feel free to leave a comment. Now I'm 6 foot tall about 240 lbs. I'm trying a 1980 cal. Diet for extreme fat loss. This is what I'm eating. Breakfast 100 grams Oats, 21 grams whey protein, 140 grams of frozen berries, 100 grams bannanas, 200ml soy milk, 100ml water. Lunch 46 grams of instant Rice. 85 grams of frozen vegetables. 250 grams chicken. Dinner is the same as lunch. Now I'm looking for Flaxseed to add to breakfast. Probably take out a rice and slim down chicken accordingly for cal count. Also once or twice a week I'm going to switch a chicken out for 2 4 oz of Haddock or Tilapia. Now I do calisthenics in the morning and go for a run / walk on an empty stomach. And I go for another walk at night. I have plans to go to the gym. Any advice? Thanks
