Ami, the way you talk about how you feel about your tummy bump is so refreshing. You are so real and set a great example for everyone to let go of the idea of perfection. It’s especially important for your kids. You’re so fun to watch. Thanks for doing what you do! ❤

Your tummy talk is so remarkable! It isn't about looks, but it is. It isn't about loose jiggly wrinkles, but it is. But, what it is really about is health and energy. Thank you so much for that frank reminder. You are a gem.

I just bought Moong dal and have been making omelets with black salt and veggies. So good.i like savory foods more. I have been off sugar for awhile. I love your show. I was vegan for health and weight loss, now I do it for the animals first and then health and weight maintenance. You are part of my support group. Thank you 🌱🌏❤️

My kids are 11 and 13 and I still have the tummy bump. My health is better than ever so I won’t let that tummy bump get to me, it’s natural and I carried two babies! Thanks for the honest chat!

I just had an epiphany come to me to help with your dilemma of liking to do your what I eat in a days better than the recipe videos!! Okay so personally I prefer your what I eat in a days and I have made many of your amazing daily video food creations - I find those easy to follow and clear. So, I don’t know how difficult it would be to do, but I’m thinking you could maybe use those bookmark thingys (like pb&j uses) to mark the start of a food creation in your daily videos to sort of combine the two types. That way someone could come back to the daily and easily find the recipe they are now ready to make. Just an idea I felt very compelled to share lol. Love everything you do! ❤❤❤

Loved your interview with Jeremy! I watch both of your channels regularly. I love the raw and real way you both approach your channels and content. Watching you noodle through recipes has helped me so much. I tend to be like James and want to follow a recipe, but I do know how to make my own. The simple way you approach recipes has been such an inspiration to me. I tend to overthink it and over complicate things. I made a tomato soup the other day that was inspired by something you made. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate your channel to help me simplify my life and find my own way to weight loss. Thank you! ❤Susan from Lincoln, California

Thank you for the tummy comment. When I was a size 4, I had a tummy bump no matter how much I worked out. I work out 5 days a week. I am stronger now and more energy. You are so right about not focusing on my tummy bump!!!!

Greetings Ami 💜 I’ve got to go back to your other video - you started using the cacao powder which you said was sweeter than cocoa powder. I didn’t know that. But I was really tired & didn’t leave a comment. I will try & go back. It was a great video. I love how you create a dish as you go. You are sooooo GIFTED! Never thought of toasted pasta. I love it!!!! And I love ranch dressing! I could make a meal of that!!!! Super idea with cabbage, rice, & pineapple!!!! Fun seeing everyone dance together! Chop veggies together!!!! Can’t wait see what is next
