Working fulltime and trying to hit huge goals in running is no joke. I work from home and don't have kids, and I struggled to get everything in I wanted to do this block ahead of my Mother's Day marathon with a goal of BQ -10mins. Commit to the process, and don't stress the results. You're still young. ;)

Crushing it as usual! Glad the knees feeling better. The training while hurt and/or injured concept is interesting. Different choices and (dis)incentives for a pro like you vs. an amateur like me (albeit who never wears cotton) - always cool to hear you share your thoughts on process/mindset etc in the videos. We appreciate all the effort to make em on top of all that work, training and life ♥️
