Next time you're in Georgia, Mount Saint George, start by the Old Saw Mill, and make your way up to this waterfall, near the dam.The entire river is divine. As a little girl, it was my playground. Messing with the alligators, playing among the machinery at the mill. I used to love the smell of saw dust, climb up to dog pool and reach to nylon pool. Ohh!! Thanks for the memory lane. John Dial to Fort Grandby....to many fond memories. We used to go exercising to the now defunct military barracks and the now demolished (such an idiotic decision as it could have served as a tourist attraction) Prime Minister house.
