@@farisa1116 “Why does he crumble and start fumbling around in front of other like Daniel lol you could see him get frustrated while Daniel was very calm.” Since I was talking about Ahmad Eshrah, and you just said ‘he’, I’ll assume you’re calling Ahmad Eshrah the fumbling buffoon until you learn how to write in context properly. Also please learn how to use punctuation so you don’t sound like a rambling psycho mumbling off 300 word sentences without taking a breath. “The only lie here is an ever-changing religion focusing on the desires of the people a pope who no longer thinks homosexuality is a sin just admits mistakes in Christianity countries debating what's a man what's a woman failed marriages men being treated like garbage for no reason vegan veg non veg useless debates and arguments” First sentence of yours which makes hardly any sense without punctuation. If only you went to a proper school that taught to how to write with commas and full stops like an adult instead of wasting your life away in Islamic classes. Firstly, the vegan and non-vegan debate has nothing to do with religion. Secondly, the idea that Islam being a non-changing religion is not something to proud of considering you are left with no choice but to peddle the idea that sex slavery, unequal inheritance rights for women, child marriage and child beating to make them memorize your stupid old book is totally fine, since your pedo prophet did all that or condoned it. Thirdly, Islamic clerics and scholars are coming up with new rules and fatwas all the time based on their own interpretation, which is basically making shit up as they go along coz your supposed prophet obviously could not foresee every potential issue in the future and give a guidance for everything. And because Islam has dozens of sects with different Islamic leaders making up their own shit as they go along, you have different rules for different Muslims on what is right or wrong, making Islam not only an ever changing religion, but an inconsistent and confusing one. But that mess is what happens you get when your so called almighty Allah supposedly gave his instructions in the form of a 7th century book, instead of doing what a truly intelligent almighty and all powerful being would do which is appear in the head of every single person on planet earth and tell them exactly what his instructions are and makes them understand it correctly (as he claims he can do in the Quran), so no one gets confused or argues about it. BTW, it doesn’t matter if your Islamic sources are currently unchanged, since your own hadiths show that many scriptures were lost coz memorizers got killed in battle, a verse even got eaten by a sheep, and so many different versions of the Quran were made that some guy named Uthman decided to burn the rest of them and keep the one he taught was right. And since your prophet was dead by that time, there is no way you will every know if the version Uthman decided to keep was the correct one, so for you know, you’re relying on an unchanged but incorrect version of the Quran. And if you don’t believe that, here are the sahih hadiths for you to read and weep: Sahih al-Bukhari 7191 (Book 93, Hadith 53) sunnah.com/bukhari:7191 Sunan Ibn Majah Vol. 3 (Book 9, Hadith 1944) sunnah.com/ibnmajah:1944 Sahih al-Bukhari 4987 (Book 66, Hadith 9) sunnah.com/bukhari:4987 “only one religion that grows every day in thr number of converts the only one religion that hating on proves it” Christianity still remains the largest religion in the world, and the only Islam continues to ‘grow’ is not because of converts but because Muslim women are forced or pressured into staying home and making Muslim babies and Muslims are not allowed to apostatize, meaning your cult is forced onto millions of people, many of whom will never have the choice of leaving it for fear of punishment, jail or worse. If you’re so proud of Pisslam being the truth, you wouldn’t need to force people to believe it. But your leader know it’s a lie and Islam is simply used as a political construct to keep it’s braindead followers in line while Islamic leaders enjoy their power and money while telling Muslims to be thankful and look forward to jannah even if they are poor or starving. If you really think Islam is growing on it’s own merit, go tell your leaders to abolish apostasy laws, and then see how many ‘Muslims’ come out as secret apostates once they no longer have worry about being punished by your insane cult. “The one religion signalling of the end times the words of hypocrites being accepted the Arabs rulers losing their faith to please the west” Your prophet made clear predictions that the “end times” would happen within his lifetime or close to it. Here are 2 hadiths that show he predicted the last hour would come close to his own lifetime, signified by his fingers joined, and within the lifetime of a young boy. Sahih Muslim 2951e (Book 54, Hadith 169) sunnah.com/muslim:2951e Anas reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: I and the Last Hour have been sent like this and (he while doing it) joined the forefinger with the middle finger. Sahih Muslim 2953a (Book 54, Hadith 171) sunnah.com/muslim:2953a Anas reported that a person asked Allah's Messenger as to when the Last Hour would come. He had in his presence a young boy of the Ansar who was called Muhammad. Allah's Messenger said: If this young boy lives, he may not grow very old till (he would see) the Last Hour coming to you. Your prophet and that boy are long dead now and no last hour came. In another hadith, your prophet was so scared shitless at the sight of an eclipse coz he saw it as a sign of the end times. Sahih Muslim 912 (Book 10, Hadith 26) sunnah.com/muslim/10/26 Abu Musa reported: The sun eclipsed during the time of the Messenger of Allah. He stood in great anxiety fearing that it might be the Doomsday, till he came to the mosque. Well guess what? Hundreds of eclipses have come and gone after your prophet died and still no end of the world. So ALL your prophet’s ‘prophecies’ about when the end times happening during or near his lifetime have failed, making you an dumb follower of a fake prophet. “When satan said he'll attack each believer from all sides to the point of ignorance when he said I'll make it so that this religion would be hated upon he is true to his word” So a guy predicting that intelligent people won’t believe the bullshit coming out of his mouth makes him a legitimate prophet to you? Wow, talk about setting the bar low. Let me go make up my own BS religion now and predict that people will throw shade on me for it, that will definitely make me a true prophetess for sure, yo. “When it's too late and you'll turn to him to which he would reply neither can he help you nor can you help me All these would give any other truth seeker a chill down the spine about the faith of those god said would remain ignorant to death and I see it all around me” Once again, use proper punctuation so your empty threats about your non-existent God sound at least slightly more understandable and intimidating. In the meantime I’ll keep on dissing on your pedo prophet and waiting for your almighty Allah to do something about it like zap me with lightning in the next 3 seconds…….Oh wait, I’m still alive. Guess Allah ain’t as powerful as you think.

The problem with the idea of determinism is the idea you have zero freedoms of will. Freewill is a widely experienced phenomenon. Freewill lets us consider ontological comparisons. What claim about God, or what is the author of the order in the universe, you believe can come down to strictly ontology, what you consider greater or lesser. Another way to put it is what are the ultimate conclusions of purpose for the history and speculated future of the known universe? 1.) Is the author of the universe not intelligent, a product of blind purposeless random chance? That is one option you can think is great because it puts you, though you be limited and dying, on top of greatness but the author and conclusive purpose of the universe is least likely to have any qualities of greatness. The ultimate conclusion is to return in time to nothingness, the fruit of the universe spoiled, that conclusion is completely separate from fruitfulness and is only present in outer darkness. 2.) Is the author of the universe capable and intelligent and can pass on to heirs the path to that intelligence and capability? That is the view of the scriptures through Christ, who is described as the perfect heir, who invites others to come follow Him. The voice of the Creator telling the heir, or Son, of that Creator they are well-pleased and to hear Him, like the Father does for Christ, and then Christ inviting disciples to be like Him. The creation of the universe is fruitful so if the ultimate conclusion of the universe is continued sustainable universe creation, that is eternal life available to others. 3.) Is the author of the universe intelligent but immaterial and completely other, that subjects you to rules for their own pleasure and none can be like them? That is the view of Islam, Secular Humanists, and Trinitarians, that has produced in some of their behavior oppression of the innocent, as a result of viewing themselves as proxy for that kind of idea of greatness. The creation of the universe is what has produced all fruit, all fruitful things that sustain life, so if you can’t ever measure up to the intelligence and capability of the creation of the universe you will never be fruitful. Unfruitful things are discarded in fire while fruitful things will remain because they are sustained.

Why so many Muslims seek Allah’s guidance? Isn’t that in direct contradiction with free will? Islam teaches that earthly life is kind of a test and that you will be judged by God regarding your own, supposedly free-willed decisions. Being “guided by Allah” means your decisions aren’t your own after all, but Allah’s. If you outsource your power to decide to someone else then you are outsourcing responsibility for making decisions too. Who’s tested then? That’s no free will. Islam is such a logical mess…

I’m underwhelmed by the structure of the debate. It mostly consisted of the pre-destination/free will issue in islam, a philosophical issue. Philosophy is a discipline you shouldn’t use to argue with a religious person, it’ll never work because it’s most likely unfalsifiable. I expected more of the false prophecies and scientific mistakes in the quran and hadiths to be presented to Ahmed.
@Blue8spiral2 жыл бұрын

@zipzap67832 жыл бұрын
Although it is a philosophical issue but it is an important one in Islam because one of the articles of faith in Islam is predestination, and Islam also says Allah is just but the whole concept of him being just becomes meaningless if we are doing what Allah wills. From Qur'an and Hadith we can't come to the conclusion that we have free will even though Muslim apologists claim that we have it.

The predestination issue is a big one in Islam (and Christianity for that matter). In my years on YT discussing religion, I have found it better to discuss it from the text as relying significantly on any other documents (such as scientific research) can be dismissed by the religious as “trickery” or “false” or “science changes its mind too much to be reliable”. For example, I have a video discussing why Near Death Experiences don’t work within the Christian and Muslim theology, rather than using the scientific data that recreates NDE experiences in another setting. It’s more difficult for them to ignore when you use their own text.

According to this muslims, he says that we have free will in islam. Sahih al-Bukhari 3208 Narrated `Abdullah bin Mus'ud: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), the true and truly inspired said, "(The matter of the Creation of) a human being is put together in the womb of the mother in forty days, and then he becomes a clot of thick blood for a similar period, and then a piece of flesh for a similar period. Then Allah sends an angel who is ordered to write four things. He is ordered to write down his (i.e. the new creature's) deeds, his livelihood, his (date of) death, and whether he will be blessed or wretched (in religion). Then the soul is breathed into him. So, a man amongst you may do (good deeds till there is only a cubit between him and Paradise and then what has been written for him decides his behavior and he starts doing (evil) deeds characteristic of the people of the (Hell) Fire. And similarly a man amongst you may do (evil) deeds till there is only a cubit between him and the (Hell) Fire, and then what has been written for him decides his behavior, and he starts doing deeds characteristic of the people of Paradise." If BEFORE im born an angel comes and writes down my destiny. He writes four things: My deeds, my livelihood, the date of my death and most important for this argument whether I will be blessed or wretched... This is written before I am even born. How is this free will according to islam?` Another thing. When AP was spitting verses from the Quran and hadiths, this muslim did not seem that eager to do the same. Why is that? He says "Islam says this, Islam says that..:" But he gives very few scriptures to back up his claims... And this makes islam true?
@coolnizam1112 жыл бұрын
First of all Free will is given to everyone but consequences are also given to those who obey or disobey, Reward as well as punishment, Here AP is only Cherry picking the punishment. If Almighty has created everything which is existing then he is also creator of Right ✅ and wrong❌, these two things(Right and wrong) didn't existed before creation It was created by God. humans who has free will to chose Right as well as wrong but there will be also consequences for choosing the option (Reward as well as punishment). Secondly The fate which is written is not permanent but it may change as per the action of that person. For example if a judge has given a sentence(his fate) of life imprisonment to a person but after looking his good behavior by jail authority his punishment is reduced. Similarly during a lifetime of a person (until he dies) his fate is subjected to change depending upon his actions and will of Allah.
@alsolmo89932 жыл бұрын
@@coolnizam111 This is your answer? Could you show me where it says that what you claim "The fate which is written is not permanent but it may change as per the action of that person". I love it when muslims shoot themselves in the foot. 1. In the introduction, "Finding truth" said a religion that's true should not be afraid of being questioned but islam did same thing in a.5:101. 2. He also tied divinity to infallibility, can he show any infallibility islam ascribed to the muslim "Jesus"? The quran in s19:19 described the islamic "Jesus" as Holy/Pure. What does he say about that? 3. He also attributed the spread of islam to its truth but truth should not need the power of force to spread. The Christian apologists are waging intellectual warfare and not spiritual warfare. Spiritual strongholds can only be cast down by warfare prayer. Islam has had a,1400 years multi generation lead on David Wood et al. There are at least 80 M muslims in Nigeria. Possibly only a handful of them have heard of David Wood. I have followed Hatun's research on the 37 quran variants. I doubt if any Nigerian muslim has ever heard of this as only a negligible few would follow such issues online. Muslim converts here are birthed by the weapon of the prayers of the church. What is true for Nigeria cuts across the muslim world. Only committed prayer can dislodge Islam. In prayer we can access angelic assistance to that end.

I think the intent of the question is not clear. "Is Islam true?". 1) Yes, it exists; 2) Does every word in the Qur'an actually come from Allah as muslims believe? This can't be proved, so it must be based on faith rather than evidence. Does that make it untrue? 3) Can the Hadiths be considered part of Islam as they are written by others than Mohammed. Muslims seem to pick and choose which to believe and follow. 3) Its historicity.. Did the man, Mohammed actually exist in the 600s? How does the information on the proto qur'an being in fact plagarised from Christian and Hewbrew lectionaries, poetry, hymns and childrens fables, in Syriac and Aramaic, then adultered to fit the nascent Islamic narrative, alter what is believed by muslims today. This question is too broad and although interesting to see laymans responding, should really be handled by historians.
@fish90082 жыл бұрын
In Dawah (The act of inviting someone to Islam) there's stages for the invitation. As far as he's concerned, Ap is an Atheist, someone who doesn't believe in the existence of god. So the first step is to naturally argue about faith first then to go for Islam.

FTs 10 arguments are not only wrong but also intrinsically weak and insufficient. if we e.g. concede the point that the Islamic ideology encourages people to think then this doesnt imply at all that Islam is true. There are many ideologies which encourage people to think such as e.g. atheism, buddhism or Judaism. According to FTs logic all these ideologies should be true (since they make people think). Of course this nonsense since these ideologies contradict each other. Hence FTs argument is flawed from the start and he should think probably a bit more about it 😄 The second problem with FTs arguments is that they are wrong. As AP pointed out Islamic encouragement to think is restricted to religious aspects and the outcome of this mental process is prescribed. This is a very narrow and restricted way to define the process of "thinking". It is not by accident that there are many more Jewish Nobel prize bearers than Muslim who won a Nobel prize... Etc...

I think the reason Islam does not unequivocally encourage critical thinking is because it only permits us to exercise our intellectual faculties within the demarcations of the Islamic framework. So as a Muslim If i was to encounter novel information that contradicted my preconceptions I will be predisposed to regard that as false. This might perhaps just seem like a confirmation bias but given the fact that Islam is the absolute truth and seeks to eradicate all forms of doubt about its own foundations, any ideation which exceeds the bounds of Islam and which might potentially contradict it is obviously reprimanded or atleast met with extreme reluctance. Doubt is the basis of all reasoning. It seems to me to be irreconcilable how a religion that seeks to eradicate doubt and uncertainty and thereby instilling an intolerant attitude towards other traditions can hope to foster critical thinking since espousing a position that is infallible precludes you from doing so.
