I agree with the comment that says you should've used primer, but other than that, great work! The video was a joy to watch. Subscribed. The title is worded a little weird, though. I would suggest "Incredible Restoration of Destroyed 75-Year-Old Motorcycle (Full)" instead.

You are a master restorer my friend. However i believe you should have applied a coat of primer sealer on the tank BEFORE you applied the light coat body filler. Also i couldn't believe my eyes when i seen you spray the frame black, straight onto the bare metal. Same with the guards, you should have sprayed them with primer BEFORE applying the filler.. "prior preparation prevents piss poor performance"..!! That paint on the guards and frame won't last too long. She's got a bit of a miss. Timing or carby...???? Apart from all that criticism it looks really nice

The video is so slick and stylized I think it detracts from your obvious skills and the project. When you edit processes in this way you may as well just show the before and after shot and be done with it. You clearly have done a great thing here with the bike - but the video feels like style over substance. learned something new with that dent pulling technique. To be fair - some sections have great detail.

I don't bother watching videos where there's no presenter describing what they're doing. The channels with a likeable person in front of the camera, offer the most entertainment. Otherwise, it's boring.

Lots of people like videos with no narration. Have you seen My Mechanics and the like? It's personal prefference, mate.

@@fgjhham89 Well, you watch them then. How do you know the problems encountered, and the solutions with no narration? It's like playing a guessing game. Some channels I have time for would be for example, "mustie1", or "Taryl Fixes All". They are people who actually have a rapport with their viewers. Not just silence. BTW, do you also like watching paint dry as well?

@sandgrownun66 I mean, you can see it. If there's a piece that's broken and needs to be welded back together, you'll see that it's broken and them you'll see him welding it back together. It's not the same thing as an instructional video for sure, and I admit you can't learn as much. But the different styles of videos have different purposes. I like these silent videos because they are relaxing and well filmed. The project is also shown in a concise and complete manner. If he were to explain everything he's doing, you wouldn't be able to see a full restoration in just 30 minutes. I don't understand why you seem angry. It's really not that serious. Like I said, personal preference. I will check out the two channels you recommended, though. Sometimes I like watching narrated videos as well.

@@fgjhham89 Mustie1 for example, just dropped a new video. Just compare the level of information and engagement he gives to the viewers in contrast this video. I much prefer that to thirty six minutes of silence. What a waste of an opportunity.
