Thanks! Make sure to use OR gates though. If you use AND gates, if one windmill breaks, it means that the other cannot send its power either :)

im on a game with friends and tried to create some kind of "smart distribution", but the dev team doesn't seem to like it. you can't connect a battery to a distribution (battery eliminator is the only distribution part available) and then to another battery. we made a base on the brew factory and i have placed energy generators on the roof with a set of 5 full powered batts. my idea was to distribute that to a few switches, and then to a few batteries on the floor. from each battery to a set of electric traps using other eliminators. that would create a fantastic setup, but i have no clue why they don't allow eliminators to send power to batteries.

What do you know about solar. I've got panels next to each other and some are putting out 120 and some are 0. Same orientation. Some are putting out 2. Facing the sun.... any clue?

There have been a ton of updates since this video and I haven't played in a long time. As far as I know, the direction they are facing doesn't matter, they produce energy or don't based on the hour of the day. Your best bet is to test each panel one at a time and see if it is the panel itself or if it bugs out only when both are hooked up. If so, try spacing the panels further from each other.

the amout of detail they give to eltricity system is crazy, you can make a lot of wind turbine + solar panel, and concect all them to one wire and make it chrage a bunch of stack batteries, is so good is just like real life, I palyed 7 days to die, they game build base has more infereror than night of the dead but in terms at eletricity + trap night of the is far better

My batteries are exploding from using mortars....Am I doing something wrong?

That means you are trying to pull more power than your current setup will allow. You may have a ton stored up, but you also have to check how much charge can flow through at once, such as when the mortars are in use. A basic battery can only send 500 power, so you are trying to pull more than that if it explodes. Upgrade your battery, or remove some mortars to solve it.

Its a feature lol. Most likely implemented to keep it from being too overpowering. Keeping your controller and battery for it close together should allow you to repair both and fire again in under 10 seconds though.

Currently there is no way to keep it from overloading your setup. Just repair and fire again. I assume it was made that way on purpose to keep the weapon from being too overpowered and firing faster.
