nowadays the driller sits in the doghouse and pushes buttons while the roughnecks use an iron roughneck, not very often to they have to throw tongs

You know if those higher ups are so worried about money. How about they get off there asses, out of the office, and help the crews???? Typical corporate bullshit. If i was on that crew i would call them out and quit on the spot. Tells ya how much they care about there crews. Which is very little.
